We import our ink from the BEST INK LAB IN THE WORLD and dispense it ourself into AFFORABLE TOP UP KITS. Their monthly production is 40,000 liters!

Black kits contains 2x20ml black ink, an instruction sheet, syringe with needle and plastic gloves. Colour kits contains 3x20ml ink, instruction sheet, 3 syringes with needles and plastic gloves. Where needed a small piece of Prestik is also included to properly seal of the filling hole.

Black kits do between 1 and 4 TOP UPS depending on cartridge size and colour normally between 4 and 10 TOP UPS.

THE MOST IMPORTANT THING is NEVER TO LET YOUR CARTRIDGE RUN DRY - IN OTHER WORDS IT IS A TOP UP KIT NOT A REFILL KIT !!!!!! IF IT DOES NOT WORK AFTER TOPPING UP, RECOVER YOUR INK WITH THE SYRINGE AND GET A NEW CARTRDIGE. THEN KEEP THE NEW CARTRIDGE TOPPED UP. WE HAVE HAD UP TO 10 REFILLS BEFORE REPLACING THE CARTRIDGE. GOOD ADVICE IS TO SET 100 SHEETS OF PAPER ASIDE. ONCE THEY ARE FINISHED, TOP UP YOUR CARTRIDGES!

If a cartridge runs dry it burns the tubes and elements and make it very hard to get it going again .. it is possible to recover some empty cartrdiges, but they are very unreliable and you mostly have to put the head in hot water to get it going every time you use it. So rather keep it topped up and humming like a bee - an Ink Bee.

We guarantee our ink ... NOT THAT YOU CAN REFILL AN EMPTY CARTRIDGE!!!

It is very important to educate your clients from the first deal that it is mostly impossible to refill a cartridge that ran empty as the tubes are burnt. Please stress this fact clearly when you sell them their first kit. It is sometimes possible to get it going by leaving it in a shallow dish with hot water to soak, and then to blow very hard from the top to try and force burnt tubes open. If this happens, they must see themselves as lucky. If they can't get the cartridge going they should recover the ink from the damaged cartrdige and get a new cartrdige which should then be kept full all the time. But they should never overfill as it will cause a leaking cartrdige.

Hewlett Packard Black cartridges (26A and 29A) needs a starter pack first time round as it contains a bottom filling clip and special sysring to create the correct pressure/vacume after refilling. Thereafter hey can use normal top up kits to fill the special bottom filler bottle. This kit retails for R150 and contains 40 ml of ink as well. So this handy tool only costs them R25 once off! Your dealer price on this kit R100.

Our dealer price on black is R50 per kit and it retails for R95 and colour is R80 and retails for R125. You then earn R4r per kit you sell at recommended reatil price.

We mail it to you by Priority Mail Bag at R25 per bag that can take up to about 8 kits. We then e-mail you the tracking number and you should have it the next morning at your closest post office .. if they are not on strike!

Only the kits on the order form are available. We regret that we do not offer EPSON at all. They cause more problems than pleasure to top up and will give Ink Bee a bad name in no time. We are not prepared to risk our reputation by topping up Epson cartridges.

We only dispatch once we have cleared your payment with our bank, and can not offer any exceptions as we do not run a credit system at all. We run a strictly cash only business, the reason for us still existing after 3 years of business. We buy and sell cash only.

You may pay by internet, direct deposit or even credit card if you wish. INTERNET works easiest, as you can copy and paste proof of payment and e-mail it to us - and you don't even have to leave your office! Full instructions on how to order is available on the Dealer Order Form.
